Io fui causa originaria di me stesso. Meister Eckhart
Meister è una fabbrica di stadi d'immagini la cui genesi è tradotta e tradita in pittura, un progetto che si è “sprogettato” divenendo una specie di McGuffin hitchcockiano, dove un espediente misterico ed arbitrario diventa agente di spostamenti e mutazioni nelle trame di ricerca. Introduco oggetti-sosia (esche o trappole) costantemente fuori gioco, li sposto, li faccio recitare, li affetto, li elimino, sicché tutto quel che rimane è solo quell'ambiente vuoto che questi supplenti stavano occupando. Concepisco ogni creatura-personaggio (lamella) come entità plastica di pura superficie, cosa extrapiatta capace di funzionare ed accedere a mo' di passepartout nei multiversi in cui in realtà questi esseri non esistono, insistono.

Meister is a factory of images which genesis is translated and betrayed in painting, as a “s-projected” project that becomes a kind of Hitchcock’s McGuffin, where an enigmatic and arbitrary device gives rise to displacements and mutations in research paths. I insert alias-objects (baits or traps) constantly offside, I shift them, I make them act, I slice them, I delete them, till the only standing thing is just the empty space that the substitutes were filling. I conceive every character-creature (lamella) as plastic entity of pure surface, extra-flat thing able to operate and enter as passepartout in the multiverses where these beings actually don’t exist but insist.
