\n<\/strong><\/p>\nStudio Marco Piva, together with the local architect EGO Architecture di Egest Goxhaj & Partners, has curated the interior design of a villa situated in the heart of the new residential development area known as \u201cRolling Hills Luxury Residences\u201d, composed by 122 luxury villas plunged in the green hills south-east of Tirana.<\/p>\n<\/div>\nThe Villa, which is the owners\u2019 primary residence, is organised according to the client\u2019s specific living and display needs, indicated during the project phase.<\/div>\n<\/div>\nThe interior layout is extremely functional, with \u201clight\u201d, easy-to-rearrange furniture which may adapt to the family\u2019s changing needs.<\/div>\n<\/div>\nA cosy, pleasant, partly spectacular, and yet aesthetically modern spaces, capable of suiting, above all, the daily experience of people who live there.<\/strong><\/div>\n\n
