gioved\u00ec 18 febbraio 2016, ore 18,30<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Con la mostra <strong><em>La pittura \u00e8 prima di tutto un\u2019architettura<\/em><\/strong> dedicata ad Aberto Magnelli,\u00a0 Lorenzelli Arte vuole dar continuit\u00e0 al ciclo di mostre dedicato ai grandi maestri italiani dell\u2019arte , smarcandosi dal mood di facili, scontate e superficiali riscoperte e \u00a0bypassando epigoni e retoriche linguistiche.<\/p>\n<p>La rassegna che si propone come un <strong><em>focus<\/em><\/strong> su un maestro indiscusso dell\u2019arte, troppo a lungo posto in ombra in patria eppure presente nei maggiori musei di tutto il mondo, presentando una trentina di opere che documentano pi\u00f9 di cinquant\u2019anni di attivit\u00e0, dal 1913 al 1964.<\/p>\n<p>Alberto Magnelli fu infatti protagonista assoluto della rivoluzione astrattista che port\u00f2 nuova linfa alla cultura pittorica europea.<\/p>\n<p>Egli respirer\u00e0 e rielaborer\u00e0 da par suo il fecondo clima della Parigi dei primi anni del \u2019900, senza mai scordare la grande lezione della tradizione figurativa italiana sempre presente nella sua tavolozza come testimonia il dipinto del 1913 dal titolo <strong><em>La cecia sulla tavola<\/em><\/strong> del 1913 che apre la mostra.<\/p>\n<p>Il titolo scelto per quest\u2019esposizione \u00e8 di per s\u00e9 una dichiarazione artistica espositiva, estrapolato da un testo scritto da Bernard Dorival che diede rilievo al forte legame che concaten\u00f2 il linguaggio pittorico di Magnelli a quello italiano del primo rinascimento:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlla scuola dei Quattrocentisti toscani aveva appreso che una pittura \u00e8 prima di tutto un\u2019architettura, un ordine di forme semplificate e massive, ferme e solide, la cui maestosit\u00e0 si rinforza per l\u2019incisione della linea che le profila e le esalta, una composizione dove il ritmo \u00e8 la pulsazione e la musica, una \u2018cosa mentale\u2019 che rimette in discussione l\u2019intelligenza e la volont\u00e0 dell\u2019uomo [\u2026]\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Il gusto e la sensibilit\u00e0 del colore che caratterizzano la sua produzione artistica sono memori di quella lezione quattrocentesca che, declinata nel suo personale alfabeto astratto, riescono a far divenire il colore in forma architetonica come dimostrano i dipinti esposti in mostra: <strong><em>Un peu rouge <\/em><\/strong>e<strong><em> Voyage<\/em><\/strong> entrambi<em> del<\/em> 1937 o <strong><em>Mesures Illimit\u00e9es n\u00b08<\/em><\/strong><em> del<\/em> 1953.<\/p>\n<p>La mostra \u00e8 accompagnata da un catalogo bilingue con le riproduzioni a colori di tutte le opere esposte e un\u2019antologia di testi critici che hanno supportato il percorso artistico di Magnelli
