L'ATELIER M.K. IN BLU<\/b> ospita, dal 2 al 21 ottobre 2013, la mostra personale di Lawrence R. Armstrong “Layered Vision”<\/b>, con la curatela di Francesca Bellola.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

In esposizione l'ultima produzione dell'artista americano, ispirata dalla visione dei vari livelli stratificati nello spazio e nel tempo. Una continua esplorazione affascinante sia nell'universo che nell'ambiente naturale circostante. La costruzione della forma, dei piani, dei vuoti in arte e soprattutto in architettura, genera una contrapposizione tra caos e ordine, semplicità e complessità, inconsistenza e solidità. Questa tensione naturale che si crea tra forze opposte è il motore che genera grande curiosità nell'autore, artefice di creazioni <\/b>a volte difficili ad un primo sguardo, ma mai banali. Queste visioni appaiono spontaneamente, possono scaturire da un evento, da una persona, da un gesto o da un brano musicale oppure dalla combinazione di tutti questi elementi. La costruzione di un'opera può richiedere giorni, a volte anche settimane prima di essere concepita nel suo supporto. Una volta creato uno schizzo, la composizione compare rapidamente e di conseguenza vengono concepiti numerosi pezzi in progressione.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Lawrence R. Armstrong, architetto e designer, non è solamente un artista dotato di talento, ma possiede quel raro dono di saper prevedere, con largo anticipo, l'evoluzione del mercato. Innovazione e creatività sono le doti che contraddistinguono la sua attività a livello internazionale anche come business leader.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

L'artista vive e lavora in California.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Laureatosi alla Kent State University, ha fondato nel 1972 “Ware Malcomb”, azienda che si occupa di architettura, interior design, progettazione, grafica e molto altro.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

L'impresa dispone di varie ubicazioni negli Stati Uniti, in Canada e a Panama.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Lawrence R. Armstrong lavora anche durante i suoi numerosi viaggi in tutto il mondo, tra cui Nord America, America Latina, Europa, Giappone e Medio Oriente, annotando le varie esperienze nei suoi taccuini.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The ATELIER M. K. IN BLU<\/b> hosts,  October 2nd<\/sup> to 21st<\/sup>  2013, the exhibition of Lawrence R.<\/span> Armstrong "Layered Vision",<\/b> curated by Francesca Bellola.<\/span> <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

On display is the latest production by the American artist, inspired by the vision of the various stratified layers in space and time.<\/span> A continuous fascinating exploration in the universe and in the natural environment.<\/span> The construction of the form, plans and empty spaces in art and especially in architecture, creates a contrast between chaos and order, simplicity and complexity, inconsistency and solidity.<\/span> This natural tension that is created between opposing forces is the engine that generates curiosity in the author, creator of creations<\/span> sometimes difficult at first glance, but never dull.<\/span> These visions appear spontaneously, may result from an event, a person, by a gesture or a piece of music or a combination of all these elements.<\/span> The construction of a work can take days, sometimes weeks before being conceived in its support.<\/span> Once the sketch is created, the composition appears rapidly and consequently numerous pieces are progressively conceived.<\/span> <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Lawrence R.<\/span> Armstrong, architect and designer, is not only a talented artist, but has that rare gift of being able to predict, in advance, the evolution of the market.<\/span> Innovation and creativity are the qualities that distinguish his activities at  international level as well as business leader.<\/span><\/p>\n

The artist lives and works in California.<\/span> <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

A graduate of Kent State University, founded in 1972, "Ware Malcomb", a company specialized in architecture, interior design, design, graphics and much more.<\/span> <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The company has several locations in the United States, Canada and Panama.<\/span> <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Lawrence R.<\/span> Armstrong also works during his many travels around the world, including North America, Latin America, Europe, Japan and the Middle East, noting the various experiences in his notebooks.<\/span><\/p>\n
