Dall&#39;allevamento alla pesca, dalle nuove frontiere produttive come la birra alle consolidate tradizioni, dalle piccole esperienze artigianali ai progetti di respiro regionale, in cinque giorni questo spazio ospiter&agrave; un&#39;articolata, anche se certamente non esaustiva, rappresentazione della qualit&agrave; Marche. Nel primo appuntamento di Gioved&igrave; 25, alle ore 12,45, il Vice Presidente della Regione Marche dott. Paolo Petrini e <st1:personname productid=\"la Presidente\" w:st=\"on\">la Presidente<\/st1:personname> di Slow Food Marche illustreranno gli aspetti salienti della presenza regionale al Salone.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes\">&nbsp; <\/span><o:p><\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; mso-fareast-font-family: calibri-bold; mso-bidi-font-family: calibri-bold\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\"><span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes\">&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><o:p><\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; mso-fareast-font-family: calibri-bold; mso-bidi-font-family: calibri-bold\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\"><span style=\"mso-tab-count: 1\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>L&#39;altro spazio dello stand sar&agrave; destinato ad una <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\">Sala Ristorante<\/b> che presenter&agrave; no-stop specialit&agrave; tradizionali e nuove proposte della cucina regionale, con particolare attenzione a prodotti e produttori in linea con il tema del Salone (e quindi filiera corta, biologico e basso impatto ambientale, produzioni rigorosamente del territorio). Gli Istituti Alberghieri di Cingoli, Piobbico, San Benedetto del Tronto e Senigallia gestiranno la struttura, a completare il quadro di qualit&agrave;, professionalit&agrave;, tradizione ed apertura al futuro che il progetto &ldquo;Marche al Salone del Gusto&rdquo; intende proporre e valorizzare. Collaboreranno a completare l&#39;offerta del ristorante le proposte che ogni giorno verranno presentate dai ristoranti marchigiani che aderiscono all&#39;Alleanza Cuochi-Pres&igrave;di<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes\">&nbsp; <\/span>promossa da Slow Food. <span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes\">&nbsp;<\/span><o:p><\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; mso-fareast-font-family: calibri-bold; mso-bidi-font-family: calibri-bold\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\"><span style=\"mso-tab-count: 1\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>In questo spazio si terranno anche <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\">due importanti iniziative<\/b>. <u>Sabato 27, alle ore 16,45<\/u>, ci sar&agrave;<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes\">&nbsp; <\/span>la <i style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal\">degustazione di 10 etichette di Verdicchio<\/i> (Castelli di Jesi e Matelica) che attraverser&agrave; l&#39;intera gamma produttiva del vitigno, dalle bollicine al passito, a dimostrazione della grande versatilit&agrave; e delle enormi potenzialit&agrave; qualitative del vino marchigiano pi&ugrave; conosciuto. Il laboratorio sar&agrave; in collaborazione con IMT e vedr&agrave; la presenza in diretta della trasmissione di RadioDue &ldquo;Decanter&rdquo;. L&#39;ultimo giorno, <u>Luned&igrave; 29, alle ore 14<\/u>, sar&agrave; invece ospite dello spazio <st1:personname productid=\"la Community\" w:st=\"on\">la <i style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal\">Community<\/i><\/st1:personname><i style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal\"> dei Food-Bloggers &ldquo;Gente del Fud&rdquo;<\/i> che presenteranno un prodotto regionale in collegamento web, in collaborazione con Pasta Garofalo.<o:p><\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; mso-fareast-font-family: calibri-bold; mso-bidi-font-family: calibri-bold\"><o:p><font color=\"#000000\" face=\"Times New Roman\">&nbsp;<\/font><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; mso-fareast-font-family: calibri-bold; mso-bidi-font-family: calibri-bold\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\"><span style=\"mso-tab-count: 1\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>Ad arricchire l&#39;offerta regionale ci saranno inoltre la <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\">roulotte di &ldquo;Uliassi Street Food&rdquo;<\/b> e il <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\">&ldquo;Caciobus&rdquo; del Caseificio Piandelmedico<\/b>, azienda Tronfi Honorati. Due insolite presenze che, oltre a dare visibilit&agrave; alla postazione marchigiana, possono dimostrare come l&#39;altissima qualit&agrave; di uno &ldquo;chef&rdquo; stellato e la filiera cortissima di un&#39;azienda a ciclo completo riescano ad innovare e valorizzare il cibo di strada.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><o:p><\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; mso-fareast-font-family: calibri-bold; mso-bidi-font-family: calibri-bold\"><o:p><font color=\"#000000\" face=\"Times New Roman\">&nbsp;<\/font><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 'times new roman'\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\">La manifestazione sar&agrave; anche occasione per dare ampio spazio due progetti interessanti di respiro regionale. <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\"><i style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal\">BovinMarche<\/i><\/b> che intende proporre l&rsquo;utilizzo delle carni selezionate di razza marchigiana anche in piatti &ldquo;fast food&rdquo;, quali il <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\"><i style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal\">March Burger<\/i><\/b>, alternativa tutta marchigiana per chi sceglie un pasto veloce senza voler rinunciare all&rsquo;elevata qualit&agrave; del prodotto di base. L&rsquo;altro progetto invece &ldquo;<b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\"><i style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal\">Sappiamo sempre che pesci prendere<\/i><\/b>&rdquo; &egrave; un&rsquo;iniziativa dell&rsquo;Assessorato alla Pesca e finanziata dal FEP &#8211; Fondo Europeo per <st1:personname productid=\"la Pesca\" w:st=\"on\">la Pesca<\/st1:personname> progetto, legato alla campagna informativa e promozionale sul pesce fresco regionale. L&rsquo;obiettivo &egrave; proprio diffondere la conoscenza e la tutela della risorsa ittica marchigiana meno conosciuta, valida alternativa agli altri alimenti proteici di origine animale per le sue qualit&agrave; nutrizionali, di digeribilit&agrave; e rapidit&agrave; di cottura. Il mare Adriatico, nel tratto che bagna le Marche, &egrave; infatti particolarmente ricco di variet&agrave; che esprimono al meglio queste qualit&agrave;: dalle alici allo sgombro, dalla gallinella alla vongola, dal pagello alla triglia di fango. <o:p><\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 'times new roman'\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\">In questo contesto, sar&agrave; presentato anche <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\"><i style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal\">l&rsquo;hamburger di pesce<\/i><\/b> sempre con l&rsquo;intento di soddisfare sia chi ha l&rsquo;esigenza di un pasto veloce ma di qualit&agrave; sia di conquistare &ndash; soprattutto &ndash; l&rsquo;interesse dei bambini, portandoli ad un maggior consumo di pesce fresco, attraverso trasformazioni, quali l&rsquo;hamburger, che possono essere per loro pi&ugrave; appetibili. Per l&rsquo;occasione, sar&agrave; presentato un cortometraggio e uno spot, sempre finanziato con il FEP: rispettivamente &ldquo;<b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\"><i style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal\">Tu la conosci Alice?&rdquo; e &ldquo;Dal Mare alla Tavola le Marche ti vogliono bene<\/i><\/b>&rdquo;, con il coinvolgimento del noto conduttore tv Massimiliano Ossini.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes\">&nbsp; <\/span><o:p><\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;
