I denti canini<\/strong>, dentes canini<\/em>, hanno una forma conica allungata. La stessa corona grossa ed ispessita dei denti canini è di forma approssimativamente conica; essi sono disposti quasi frontalmente così che anche in questo tipo di dente si possa riconoscere una facies contactus medialis<\/em> ed una facies contactus lateralis. <\/em>La radice, indivisa, è molto lunga e di forma corrispondentemente conica (tuttavia leggermente appiattita). A causa delle loro radici particolarmente lunghe i canini sono i denti più lunghi della dentatura. Il canino superiore può raggiungere la lunghezza media complessiva di 35 mm. e può quindi considerarsi il dente più lungo di tutti.http:\/\/vimeo.com\/27572182<\/font><\/strong><\/a>

Canine Teeth<\/strong>, dentes canini<\/em>, have a long conical shape. The large and thick crown of canine teeth is indeed approximately conical; they are placed almost frontally so that even in this type of tooth there are a facies contactus medialis<\/em> and a facies contactus lateralis. <\/em>The root, undivided, is very long and has a corresponding conical shape (though slightly flattened). Because of their especially long roots, canine teeth are the longest in dentition. The upper canine tooth can reach a total average length of 35 mm. so it’s the longest tooth.<\/p>\n
